**Job Summary**:

This position will provide support to the Purchasing area in the operational and administrative management of materials, ensuring the correct flow of information, validation of receipts and alignment of parameters in the system, contributing to the efficiency of the supply chain.
The** Purchasing** Intern** will be based in **_Guadalajara, North Campus._**

- Review of incoming materials.
- Alignment of purchasing parameters in the system.
- Data entry and maintenance in the system.
- Preparation of reports and general summaries.
- Review and validation of receipts and supporting documentation.
- Validation of packaging according to project requirements.
- Support in administrative activities of the purchasing department.
**Here is some of what you'll need (required)**:
- Bachelor's degree in international business, Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Intermediate Excel skills (database management, filters, tables, etc.)
- Intermediate conversational English
- Interest in/development of experience in:
- Procurement
- Logistics
- Supply Chain.
