Maintain Efficiency Standards in the operation of each mold (SOP) and take the necessary actions to meet them.
Apply continuous improvement in the analysis of Molding/Thermoforming processes, seeking efficiency improvements, scrap reduction, and cost savings.

Design fixtures according to process requirements and needs.
Implement engineering deviations or changes when necessary.
Coordinate product rework activities.
Propose improvements to mold/tooling processes to make them leaner and eliminate waste.
Document new parts or components, bills of materials (BOM), and update or register them in the ERP system.

Document process changes and/or updates in procedures and the ERP system.
Support the implementation of visual aids according to production and/or quality requirements.
Manage, review, and support quality non-conformities related to improperly processed parts.
Maintain constant communication with Production,



Quality, Toolroom, and Maintenance departments to ensure a stable and efficient process.
Responsible for training technicians on the specific mold process and training personnel on implemented modifications.
Fluid English above 85%.
3 to 5 years of experience in plastic molding processes or Plastic Injection Engineering—development, monitoring, and implementation of KPI improvements.

Advanced Experience with CAD software: AutoCAD and Solidworks.
Knowledge of ISO ***** / ISO ****.
Application and use of manufacturing tools such as KAIZEN, DMAIC, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and SMED.
Experience and knowledge in creating BOMs.
Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
