**Position Description**
We're seeking a smart, outgoing, and resourceful individual to join our team as a Law Firm Manager, supporting our law firm clients.
This role offers a unique opportunity for a motivated professional to serve as the liaison between Rockpoint, surgical facilities, hospitals, doctors, and law offices.
**Responsibilities**
- Coordinating with medical providers, personal injury case managers, and/or attorneys to obtain and process case information.
- Coordinating with various stakeholders, obtaining all documentation necessary before and after medical procedures, including promptly following up on approvals, denials, recommendations, billing, and reports.
- Identifying and pursuing cross-selling opportunities to maximize case value.
- Collaborating with internal departments to obtain case details and guide clients through the funding process.
- Preparing and submitting files to the underwriting team for review.
- Providing timely case updates to law firm case managers and coordinating with departments to streamline workflows.




- Performs additional duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**
**Required Qualifications**:
- Reliable laptop with 16GB+ RAM
- High-speed internet (60 Mbps or higher)
- C1-C2 English proficiency
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- A dedicated and quiet workspace
- Second monitor and noise-canceling headphones
- Paralegal or Case Manager experience, preferably within personal injury
- Mexican Attorney certification preferred
- Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interpret information and ask insightful questions
- Exceptional attention to detail, with strong organizational and time-management abilities
