- Developing detailed project documentation, including shop drawings, BOMs, AutoCAD/Revit files, and specification outputs.
- Collaborating with designers, project managers, and general teams to define deliverables, timelines, and project requirements.
- Coordinating with project stakeholders to gather missing information and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Reviewing construction and project documentation to identify potential site issues and support successful installation outcomes.
- Managing project tracking activities, including monitoring progress, updating stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of outputs.
**- Minimum Qualifications**




- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design, providing a strong foundation in spatial design, construction documentation, and built environment principles.
- Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts verbally and in writing across global and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in architectural drawing, documentation, and rendering tools such as PowerPoint, InDesign, CET, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, CAP Specifier, or similar programs, enabling accurate and high-quality technical deliverables.
- Minimum 3 years of experience producing architectural graphics, installation drawings, and executive-level project documentation in a professional environment.
- Minimum 3 years of industry experience supporting installation and execution of corporate spaces, ensuring alignment between design intent and built outcomes.
- Demonstrated project-based experience with Revit Architecture, supporting modeling, documentation, and coordination of project deliverables.
- Proven experience integrating technology into built environments, ensuring alignment between physical space and technical requirements.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure accuracy and quality across technical drawings, specifications, and documentation.




- Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple deliverables and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration and team-building skills, enabling effective work across multidisciplinary and global teams.
