Machine Learning Engineer
A leading general hospitality brand is seeking an extraordinary Machine Learning Engineer to help build scalable machine learning products and algorithmic features that transform user experience and drive operational efficiencies.
In this role, you will design and implement algorithmic product architectures, productionize machine learning models, and develop cloud-based data workflows across the full product lifecycle.
Location & Compensation
- Remote (Must be based in Mexico)
- Full-time
- Schedule aligned to USA Central Standard Time (CST)
- Salary: $90,000 - $105,000 MXN monthly (~$5,600 USD/month)
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with data scientists to design workflows and architectures that activate ML models through real-time streaming and offline batch optimizations
- Develop prototype solutions for algorithmic products leveraging AWS services
- Implement and productionize machine learning solutions using infrastructure-as-code patterns
- Build and maintain scalable data processing workflows to support Feature Store optimization, including data cleansing and imputation logic
- Work with large-scale streaming and batch data architectures
- Collaborate in Agile environments with cross-functional engineering and data teams
- Support DevOps and CI/CD processes for ML product deployment and maintenance
RequirementsExperience & Technical Skills
- 5+ years of experience implementing software product solutions in cloud environments focused on machine learning or algorithmic products
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services
- Advanced proficiency in:
- Python
- SQL
- PySpark
- Docker
- Proven experience building streaming and batch data architectures at scale
- Strong understanding of DevOps and CI/CD concepts
- Experience working in Agile environments
Education
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Language
- Professional working proficiency in English
