**The Impact You'll Make**:
You will play a critical role in enabling **logistics excellence and supply continuity**for our Sensors business in Apodaca.
By strengthening supplier collaboration and improving planning performance, you will directly influence delivery reliability, cost efficiency, and inventory health—ensuring our customers receive the right products at the right time.In this role, you will act as a **key connector between suppliers, planning, and operations**, driving transparency and structured improvements across the inbound supply chain.
Your work will help build a more agile, data-driven, and resilient supply network.You will also help shape how we work by supporting **continuous improvement, lean thinking, and capability building**, contributing to a culture that embraces change and delivers sustainable results.
**What You'll Be Doing**:
**Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders**to align forecasts, priorities, and performance, ensuring reliable and timely material flow**Drive continuous improvements in planning and logistics processes**to reduce lead time, optimize inventory, and improve service levels**Ensure suppliers have accurate, timely information**to enable effective production and delivery execution**Support structured development plans with suppliers**to strengthen capabilities and long-term performance**Contribute to workshops and cross-functional initiatives**to build process knowledge and promote a lean,
