**Role Purpose**
Provide technical support throughout the warranty investigation process, ensuring accurate analysis of returned parts and supporting root cause identification to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support warranty part analysis processes and methodologies
- Perform investigation of returned warranty parts
- Assist in root cause analysis and determination of liability
- Analyze warranty data and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Maintain and update warranty databases
- Coordinate follow-up actions and register activities in CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers to resolve quality issuesEnsure compliance with internal procedures and customer requirements
**Requirements**:




- Technical degree or related field
- Experience in quality, warranty analysis, or similar roles
- Knowledge of quality tools and root cause analysis
- Familiarity with automotive standards (preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Effective communication skills
