**Job Summary**
RUI is hiring **Bilingual Retention Specialists (Call Center)** with proven experience in **customer retention, or collections**.
This role is adecuado for professionals who excel at **handling objections, reducing cancellations, and driving customer loyalty** in a fast-paced **contact center environment**.
You will manage **inbound retention calls**, resolve customer concerns, and deliver effective solutions to **retain customers and meet performance goals**.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle **inbound retention calls** and prevent customer cancellations
- Meet and exceed **retention KPIs and performance metrics**:
- Document interactions using **CRM systems**
**Requirements**:
- **1+ year call center experience** (Retention, Collections, or Sales)
- **Advanced English (B2+/C1)** - strong communication skills
- Proven **customer retention and negotiation skills**:
- Ability to multitask and navigate **CRM tools**:
- Full-time availability




- Stable work history (low job hopping)
