**Descripción y Requisitos**
- Responsible for contractual matters (e.g., contract review, drafting and negotiations).
- Assisting and managing corporates disputes and other projects.
- Providing legal advice to business, operational and functional units.
- providing legal training to other departments.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor of law or above.
, graduated from major Mexico law schools or experience equivalent.
- Analytical mind with problem solving aptitude.
- Strong communication skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English.
- Solid legal writing skills and communication ability in both English and Spanish are critical.
Minimum of 3~5 years of legal related experiences, as in-house counsel and/or attorney in an international or boutique law firm.
(Experiences in manufacturing industry is a plus.)
