Your potential is our inspiration.Where You'll Make a DifferenceLead and supervise daily warehouse operations for spare parts, maintenance supplies, chemicals, packaging materials, and process-related raw materialsEnsure proper receiving, inspection, identification, storage, handling, and issuance of materials in accordance with company proceduresMaintain organized and efficient warehouse facilities that support safe operations and material availabilityEnsure adequate inventory levels of critical spare parts and operational materials to support uninterrupted plant operationsCoordinate cycle counts, physical inventories, reconciliations, and inventory control activities to maintain high inventory accuracyPartner with Maintenance, Operations, Quality, and Engineering teams to ensure timely fulfillment of material requirements and support plant shutdowns and capital projectsPromote compliance with Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) requirements, warehouse safety standards, and proper handling of chemicals and regulated materialsLead initiatives to improve inventory accuracy,



warehouse efficiency, service levels, and inventory optimizationSupervise and develop warehouse personnel while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, safety, and continuous improvementWhat Makes You The Right FitBachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum 4 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, or materials management within a manufacturing environmentProven leadership experience supervising warehouse teams and driving operational performanceStrong knowledge of inventory control, cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, and warehouse management processesExperience managing spare parts, maintenance materials, chemicals, packaging materials, and industrial inventoriesUnderstanding of warehouse safety, quality, and food safety requirementsExperience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems; SAP experience is preferredAdvanced English communication skills, both written and verbalStrong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsHow Would You Stand Out?
Experience within food ingredients, food manufacturing, chemical manufacturing, or process industriesExperience supporting maintenance organizations through spare parts and materials managementProven ability to improve inventory accuracy, warehouse efficiency,
