**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Partner with regional leadership to drive strategic priorities, governance, and organizational effectiveness.
- Lead portfolio and demand management governance across the Americas Commercial Information Technology organization.
- Align technology investments, business priorities, and delivery roadmaps to maximize business value.
- Consolidate and maintain visibility of product roadmaps across key Americas markets.
- Facilitate portfolio prioritization discussions and support informed executive decision-making.
- Drive standardized ways of working across countries, functions, and product teams.
- Coordinate planning cycles, governance forums, leadership meetings, and operational reviews.
- Deliver executive reporting, portfolio analytics, and actionable business insights.
- Lead continuous improvement,



productivity, and transformation initiatives across the region.
- Develop scalable governance frameworks and best practices for general adoption.
**Essential Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in portfolio management, demand management, project management office, or technology governance.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across complex global matrix organizations.
- Strong experience driving strategic planning, prioritization, governance, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Demonstrated success leading organizational change, transformation programs, and adoption of new ways of working.
- Excellent analytical, executive communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
