Leads as a Business Analyst an active membership in the site SQUAD (BTL,
Engineering/Automation, TS, PO) team for the sites in scope.
- Effectively understands and documents the business requirements and conveys them in a precise and understandable way to the technical team.
- Leads / Supports all related Project and Portfolio Implementations and related investments including External Manufacturing for the Plant.




- Troubleshoots and facilitates troubleshooting with existing platforms; proactively prevents problems from happening again.
- Participate in technical design, contributing points of view and ideas that help translate business needs into specific solutions.
- Drives reliability through ALM/TLM programs and Cybersecurity mitigations aligned with JJBT
