C.H. Robinson is looking for a **Collections Representative** in Monterrey.
In this role, you'll play a key part in maintaining the financial health of our organization by ensuring timely collections and supporting strong customer relationships.
Your work helps keep cash flow steady, reduces risk, and directly contributes to the company's operational success.
As a Collections Representative, you'll be responsible for managing outstanding accounts, communicating with customers to resolve payment issues, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate financial records.
Your efforts will drive efficiency, safeguard revenue, and add real value to our general logistics network.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:
- Utilize problem solving and critical thinking skills to determine root cause of aging invoices
- Leverage systems functionality and established processes to resolve aging invoices
- Work within established procedures and adheres to quality guidelines




- Escalate complex issues to senior team members and/or leadership
- Contribute ideas for process improvement
- Develop professional relationships with internal and external customers, maintain open lines of communication and build rapport by providing timely and professional service
- Continue to develop skills and build upon knowledge of collections process
- Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements
**QUALIFICATIONS**
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Fluent English (written and verbal)
Preferred:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs
- Effective and flexible communication skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Critical thinking skills and demonstrated ability to use own judgement and make sound decisions
- Ability to work in fast-paced, professional, and deadline driven environment
