**Your Mission**:
- Test and evaluate equipment performance at customer plant, based on technical, contractual and safety specifications.
- Properly handle, check and transfer equipment non-conformities.
- Prepare Job Progress Chart and technical reports in reference to carried-out activities.
- Ensure ultimate internal and external customer satisfaction.
- Perform activities in line with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Sidel coordination plan rules and customer rules.
- Report after sales opportunities detected on Customer site.
- Technical activities, troubleshooting and reporting deliverables
- Report to the Installation Site Manager for team site activities.
**Your Profile**:
- Bachelor's degree or technical degree in engineering (+2) and/or equivalent experience.
- Fluent level of English is a must.
- Specialization in auto-mechanic or aseptic is a plus.
- Spanish, Italian and/or French is an advantage.
- Experience in the beverage/packaging industry is a plus.
- 2-3 years of experience in field activities.

- Availability to travel up to 90 % (Including International Locations).
Without being limited to those activities, the Field Service Engineer must be:
- Having the ability to lift, carry, push,
and pull up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis, at a pace consistent with other employees performing similar work.
- Having the capability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders for extended periods of time, at a pace consistent with the position's demands.
- Having the ability to work comfortably in confined spaces, on rooftops, and at heights, while using appropriate fall protection and safety equipment.
- Having manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination necessary for operating tools, handling parts, and working with delicate components.
- Having the ability to work in varied environmental conditions, including exposure to noise, dust, heat, and cold.
- Having the ability to drive and travel long distances, including occasional assignments with short notice.
- Having the ability to wear and utilize required personal protective equipment (PPE), including but not limited to safety glasses, gloves, hard hats, and respirators.
- Having the ability to perform duties under time constraints and in high-pressure situations.
