May work in laboratory settings running tests and duplicating real-world conditions, using tools such as micrometers, calipers, gauges, volt meters, ammeters, ohmmeters, and electronic inspection equipment to aid in quality inspections and assessments
Participates in development of testing and inspection activities associated with product development and all stages of manufacturing.
Defines and conducts both systematic/methodical and random/arbitrary tests to ensure proper performance of Axillon Aerospace products
Performs internal audits of processes using inspection results and statistical techniques to provide timely, accurate product analysis.
Participates in root cause analysis initiatives for process-related concerns.
Analyzes audit results and determines proper corrective and preventative action
Reviews and creates inspection forms, records, techniques,



and procedures for accuracy and relevance and provide changes when necessary
Performs additional responsibilities as assigned
Required Experience
Strong knowledge of quality engineering processes and regulatory requirements
Strong customer orientation
Demonstrated analytical skills to proactively identify and solve problems
Ability to interpret internal/external business challenges and make recommendations for improvements to products, processes, or services
Ability to explain a range of complex technical information
Ability to gather data, to compile information, and prepare reports
Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and ability to multi-task
Strong prioritization skills
Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and database management tools
**Education Level**: (required): Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
