This role plays a critical part in supporting Sales and Go-To-Market teams based in UK across global markets by ensuring accurate route and customer configuration, real-time issue resolution, and consistent execution of last-mile delivery processes.
With regional scope across Latin America, this position helps ensure service-level compliance while enabling standardized, scalable, and efficient operations that directly impact business performance and customer satisfaction.
**Your Impact**:
As a **Last Mile Analyst**, you will:
- Analyze and validate route structures, including route types, number of routes, customer allocation, and regional coverage.
- Execute large-scale updates such as geocoding corrections, vehicle assignments, new customer setups, and performance report updates using business intelligence tools.




- Identify and correct configuration issues, including inaccurate geocodes, incorrect route-to-vehicle assignments, customers outside designated clusters, depot setup inconsistencies, and loading schedules.
- Partner with the business to centralize, standardize, and optimize customer and route data to improve operational efficiency.
- Build strong collaborative relationships with Sales and Go-To-Market stakeholders across Latin America.
- Communicate system deviations and performance insights based on agreed performance indicators and sustainability models.
- Prepare and present performance, productivity, and operational status reports in weekly business reviews.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to capability development plans.
- Ensure service delivery in line with established service-level agreements.
- Maintain flexibility to support market needs with adaptable schedules when required.

- Bachelor's degree required.
**Experience & Skills**:
- 1-2 years of professional experience in data analysis, logistics, commercial operations, or related fields.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Intermediate to advanced English (written and spoken) - required.




- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Customer-oriented approach with excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
- Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
