**About the Role**
You will be the front line of the funding process, speaking directly with international business owners (Fluent english required), guiding conversations, asking the right questions, and moving clients toward action.
Although this is NOT a traditional sales role, it requires a similar mindset.
You must be confident, proactive, and comfortable leading conversations while working toward daily performance targets.
**Performance Expectations**
This is a metrics driven role where you will be evaluated based on:
- Daily production (credit pulls)
- Weekly consistency and activity
- Ability to meet and exceed targets
- Accuracy and follow through in CRM systems
You will be expected to stay active, focused, and consistent every day.

**Compensation**
This position includes a guaranteed base salary with strong earning potential based on performance:




- Base salary starting at $12,000 MXN
- KPI based increase up to $18,000 MXN
- Weekly bonuses: $1,500 - $4,000 MXN
- Monthly bonuses: up to $10,000 MXN
- Daily incentives based on production
Top performers consistently earn between **$20,000 and $35,000+ MXN per month**.
Your income is directly tied to your performance.
The more you produce, the more you earn.

**Schedule & Location**
- Monday to Thursday 07:00 to 18:00
- 4 day work week (3 days off)
- 100% on site Chapultepec Country, Guadalajara
