**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- The Associate Manager, Human Resources, Field HR supports the execution of HR initiatives.
Will support the business by aligning with HRDC (MyHR), COEs, and HR Business Partners in all aspects of Human Resources, to deliver HR programs and initiatives across the organization.
The Associate Manager, Human Resources, Field HR will support employee relations, onboarding, talent management, leadership development, change management, diversity, performance management, workforce planning and compensation planning / implementation._

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING**
- _Minimum of a bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Human Relations, or related discipline_
- _ 3 to 5 years of HR generalist experience and/or related fields_
- _ Strong knowledge of general HR policies, procedures, and HR leading practices and applicable laws / regulations_
- _ Ability to interact with colleagues of all levels to gather information_
- _ Ability to work well in a team environment_
- _ Ability to work effectively in an environment of change and manage multiple priorities concurrently through project management, systems knowledge, and effective communication_
- _ Strong verbal and written communication skills_
- _ English fluent_
- _ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills._
**PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS**
- _ Recruitment and Selection Providing advice and services related to attracting, sourcing, evaluating,



interviewing and the intake of appropriate talent to meet the organization's human resources needs._
- _ Customer Focus Providing service excellence to internal and/or external customers._
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Full-Time
- Remote work is available once a week for eligible employees
- This role is not eligible for relocation.
