**Sales Support Coordinator**

We are looking for a highly organized Sales Assistant to support our sales team and help keep opportunities moving forward.
This role focuses on execution, follow-up, and coordination.
You will work closely with sales representatives to manage pipeline activity, ensure timely updates, and support day-to-day tasks so deals do not stall.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support sales reps with follow-ups, scheduling, and internal coordination
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline, including next steps, timelines, and communication history
- Proactively follow up to ensure all opportunities are progressing
- Assist with customer and prospect communication for scheduling and information gathering
- Support preparation of quotes,



rate sheets, and basic proposals
- Maintain accurate and organized records for all accounts
- Coordinate onboarding of new customers and align internally for smooth startup
- Prepare weekly pipeline summaries and highlight pending actions or risks
- Prepare and lead bi-weekly sales meeting
**Requirements**:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent follow-up and task management ability
- Proficiency in Excel and data tracking
- Experience with CRM systems or similar tools preferred
- Strong English communication skills indispensable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment
