**Main Responsibilities**:
Oversee the full accounts payable process, including invoice receipt, validation, recording, and payment (CFDI/SAT compliance).
Coordinate and validate payments to domestic and international suppliers.
Ensure compliance with Mexican tax requirements, including CFDI, SAT, and recoverable VAT.
Manage cash flow and account reconciliations.
Participate in monthly closing activities and internal/external audits.
Coordinate the team and optimize processes within the ERP system / SAP.
Oversee account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal departments such as Purchasing, Warehouse, and Finance.
Manage and control accounts payable for Mexico and U.S. entities.
Prepare various reports based on the needs of the department.
**- Experience and Requirements**
✔ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
✔ 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable.
✔ Experience in the manufacturing industry (maquiladora experience preferred).
✔ Knowledge of Mexican tax regulations, including VAT, CFDI, and Financial Reporting Standards (MXGAAP and USGAAP).
✔ Experience using ERP systems (SAP preferred).
✔ Intermediate to advanced English skills (conversational English is a plus).
✔ General knowledge of Warehouse processes (receipts) and Purchasing processes (Purchase Orders).
