**
**SOLRITE** is searching for an **Enrollment Specialist**who serves as a primary point of contact for customers throughout the solar energy enrollment and service process.
This role focuses on guiding customers through Retail Electricity Provider (REP) enrollment, verifying account information, ensuring compliance with Solrite VPA requirements, and providing clear, professional support across inbound, outbound, and follow-up communications.
The position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to explain technical and contractual information in a customer-friendly manner.
**Responsibilities**
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding enrollment, servicequestions, and follow-ups via inbound and outbound calls and deliver consistent,professional customer communications.
- Guide customers through the Solrite-approved REP enrollment process using the Abundance Energy platform.
- Verify and confirm customer information, including account holder details, service address, contact information, and current REP.
- Perform warm transfers and coordinated handoffs to ensure a seamless customerexperience.
- Clearly explain VPA participation requirements, enrollment deadlines, billing impacts,and applicable discounts.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, enrollment status, and next steps in CRM and case management systems.
Track pending actions, follow-ups, and escalations to ensure timely resolution.
- Serve as an escalation point for customer inquiries that require additional clarification or
coordination with internal teams.




- Collaborate with Customer Support, Service Operations, and internal stakeholders to
resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Ensure all customer communications comply with contractual, regulatory, and internal
policy requirements.
- Identify recurring customer issues or process gaps and provide feedback to support
continuous improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of REP plans, enrollment procedures, and internal
processes.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in customer service, scheduling, or coordination roles
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and service management software
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
- Team-oriented with a customer-focused mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills (phone and written)
- Comfort explaining technical, billing, and contractual information to non-technical customers
- Attention to detail and ability to follow structured scripts and procedures
- Experience with CRM systems, call documentation, and workflow tracking preferred




- Solar Renewable Energy and technical support environments
- Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems (e.g., Zendesk, Podio)
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Ability to adapt and work in an open, fast-paced, collaborative start-up environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure with strict time deadlines
- Knowledge of utility contracts
Ability to multitask and perform other duties as assigned

**Shift**:
