**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY**:
- Drive process standardization to improve efficiency, cycle time, and throughput
- Identify and eliminate waste through data‐driven analysis (Lean methodologies)
- Support automation and digital manufacturing initiatives through process readiness and ROI analysis
- Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to implement improvements
- Coach and guide teams on continuous improvement tools and mindset
- More than 5 years of experiance in industrial engineering
- MOST Industrial Engineering Analysis
- Advaced Excel knowledge - Microsoft Office
- Lean and Six Sigma tools experience
- Kanban, Pull Control, One piece flow,
