**Role**
We are seeking a Beverage Manager to join our Food and Beverage team in the Dominican Republic.
In this role, you will design and oversee the resort's beverage programme, ensuring world-class offerings across all outlets.
You will combine creativity, leadership, and operational excellence to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining strong financial performance.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and manage the resort's beverage programme, including wine, spirits, cocktails, and non-alcoholic options
- Lead, train, and mentor bartenders, sommeliers, and beverage colleagues to uphold luxury service standards
- Curate personalised guest experiences such as tastings, pairings, and special events
- Oversee inventory, procurement, and supplier partnerships while ensuring cost control and efficiency
- Collaborate with culinary teams to create innovative food and beverage pairings
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations




- Analyse sales data and guest feedback to continuously improve the beverage offering
- Drive innovation with seasonal menus and creative concepts that reflect the Caribbean identity
- Support resort-wide functions and activations with high standards of organisation and service
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of five years' experience in beverage or bar management within luxury hotels, resorts, or high-end restaurants
- Advanced knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and beverage trends; professional certifications highly desirable
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management
