- **+700 MXN per same-day appointment booked**
- **+500 MXN per callback appointment booked**

- **Unlimited earning potential (top closers earn $40,000-$60,000 MXN/month)**
Role Overview
You will speak with **U.S. homeowners** who have **already shown interest** in **roofing, solar panels, or home renovation services**.
Your responsibility is **ONLY to schedule confirmed appointments** with licensed U.S. contractors —
**No hard sales - No persuasion - No closing of deals.

Responsibilities




- Conduct outbound phone calls using **pre-qualified U.S. lead lists**
- Confirm interest and **book same-day or next-day appointments**
- **Meet minimum 2-3 confirmed appointments per day**
- Update CRM accurately with each communication
- Report performance daily to operations team
Requirements
- **Advanced/Fluent English** — spoken & written (100% mandatory)
- **Previous experience in sales or call center (preferred)**
- **Reliable, disciplined, and consistently meets targets (no absenteeism)**
- **Strong communication & professionalism**
- **Corporate dress code (Mon-Thu); casual Fridays**
