**Key Responsibilities**
- Answer and manage inbound client calls
- Conduct follow-up communication and provide case updates
- Draft, review, and organize legal documents
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with U.S. attorneys
- Maintain accurate case notes and documentation

**Requirements**:
- **Advanced English and Spanish (C1 level required)**:
- Must live in **Guadalajara or nearby areas**:
- High school diploma or partial university studies
- Minimum **6 months of customer service or call center experience**:




- Basic skills in **Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)**:
- **Full-time on-site availability** (no remote work)
