What You'll Do:
- Answer inbound calls from U.S.based clients
- Provide clear, accurate, and helpful solutions
- Log all call details and case updates accurately
- Collaborate with internal teams on more complex cases
What You'll Need:
- Fluency in English and Spanish, spoken and written
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Calm, professional, and customer-focused attitude
- 1+ year of experience in bilingual customer service
- Call center experience is a plus but not required
