As a **Ford Champ Dealer Engagement**, you will be responsible for preparing training materials to develop dealership employees skills to help them provide the best customer experience, both in sales and after-sales.
You will analyze content, structure area processes, and provide support for presentations, materials and training events in collaboration with the product, marketing, and service teams.




The intern will improve their communication skills between teams and learn different processes and controls that will allow them to develop the knowledge acquired in their degree program and understand the corporate approach.
**What you ́ll need**:
- Active student in any of the last 4 semesters of (Pedagogy, Education Sciences, Educational Psychology, Communication, and Marketing)
- 90% proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing, and listening comprehension)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Agility
- Teamwork
**What you will do**:
- **Crafting engaging educational content**for our dealers, including quick guides, infographics, interactive presentations, and multimedia scripts.
- **Managing and optimizing our learning platform**, ensuring seamless access to up-to-date training materials and designing interactive assessments to measure learning effectiveness.
- **Analyzing user engagement data**to continuously enhance the platform's usability and overall learning experience.
- **Developing and coordinating vital communications**for our national dealer network, tracking key performance indicators to ensure effective information dissemination.
