We're looking for a RF Support Tech to support the planning, maintenance, and technical operations of our measurement and test equipment (M&TE;) used in engineering and manufacturing.
This role combines logistics, hands-on technical support, and prototype assembly.
**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate M&TE; procurement, calibration, and inventory.
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and support system integration.
- Assemble and rework prototypes, including wire harnesses and cable assemblies.
- Maintain lab layout and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.
**Qualifications**
- 3-5 years in technical support or similar roles.
- Experience with M&TE;, soldering, and mechanical assembly.
- Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with help desk tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
- BS in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Ability to lift up to 65 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
