The Credit Maintenance Analyst is an entry level position responsible for capturing and recording data related to credit exposure, obligors and facilities in relevant credit systems in coordination with the Operations - Services team.
The overall objective of this role is to maintain data quality in credit systems, monitor credit exposure and adhere to overall credit policies.ResponsibilitiesProcess incoming credit requests reviewing for completeness/accuracy, and convert to concise, accurately recorded credit facilitiesAnalyze/evaluate credit reports as well as coordinate and follow up on actions plans, implementations, and related defectsMaintain an executive document to track all request, changes, and action plans performed on credit reportsPrepare weekly and monthly audit reports and contribute to achieving acceptable audit ratingsPrepare portfolio and related credit information for internal and external auditorsMake evaluative judgements based on the analysis of factual informationResolve problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience and guided by precedenceAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating,



managing and reporting control issues with transparency.QualificationsRelevant experience requiredExperience in credit operations or similar positionKnowledge of the processes, procedures and systemsProficient computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Windows domainAbility to work in a team-oriented environmentEducationBachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experienceThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
