General DescriptionA leading company within the industrial sector with nationwide operations is seeking a Senior Indirect Purchasing Specialist, responsible for the end-to-end management of procurement processes for goods and services, ensuring compliance with internal policies, tax regulations, and quality standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesExecute and manage tender and bidding processes, ensuring proper control, documentation, and compliance with procurement policies for goods and service acquisition.Develop, manage, and oversee commercial contracts related to the acquisition of indirect goods and/or services.Process and follow up on requests for quotations (RFQs) for indirect products and services (MRO).
Actively participate in ensuring vendor tax compliance, in coordination with internal departments.Conduct random audits of purchase requisitions to ensure adherence to established procedures and policies.Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects, focused on:Cost savingsSupplier development and evaluationProcess optimizationGenerate and analyze monthly KPI reports for the procurement area.Develop, evaluate, and strengthen the supplier base.Train requisitioners and internal stakeholders on:MRO changesProcurement policiesContractsTaxesUpdates to applicable tax legislationEnsure all activities align with the Quality Policy,

✅ Profile Requirements (Updated)Bachelor's degree completed in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience or more in:Indirect procurementMROService and contract managementProven experience in:Tender and bidding processesStrategic supplier negotiationContract administration and controlKnowledge of:Vendor tax complianceAuditing of requisitions and procurement processesPerformance indicators (KPIs)Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments (preferred).
Knowledge of and participation in quality management systems, preferably ISO ****:****.Conversational and written English, capable of participating in meetings, reviewing contracts, and communicating via email.Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
