Otaduy Yachts is a luxury yacht charter and management company based in Los Cabos, serving some of the region's most prestigious resorts.We are looking for a highly organized and proactiveCharter & Concierge Coordination Managerto oversee the day-to-day coordination of yacht experiences booked through our hotel partners and direct clients.This role is critical in ensuring every charter operates flawlessly and that our concierge partners receive immediate, professional support.Key ResponsibilitiesHotel Concierge CoordinationServe as the primary point of contact in WhatsApp groups with hotel concierge teams.Respond quickly to availability requests, pricing questions, and charter inquiries.Maintain strong professional relationships with concierge teams across partner hotels.Coordinate all charter logistics from booking confirmation to departure.Ensure all operational details are confirmed prior to each charter including:Guest informationTransportation arrangementsCatering and special requestsCrew briefingsDeparture times and marina logisticsOperational OversightWork closely with captains and crew to ensure charters are executed smoothly.Monitor upcoming charters to anticipate potential issues before they arise.Maintain clear internal communication with operations and sales teams.Client ExperienceEnsure every guest experience meets Otaduy Yachts' luxury service standards.Confirm special requests, celebrations, or VIP needs are handled properly.Follow up internally after charters to maintain quality control.Idóneo CandidateWe are looking for someone who is:Extremely organized and detail-orientedComfortable managing multiple conversations and requests simultaneouslyProfessional in written communication (WhatsApp, email)Experienced in luxury hospitality, concierge services, yacht charters, or tourismFluent inEnglish and SpanishBased inLos CabosExperience with luxury hotels, yacht charters, or concierge departments is highly valued.What We OfferOpportunity to work in the luxury hospitality and yachting industryDirect collaboration with top hotels and high-end clienteleA dynamic, fast-paced environment in Los CabosIf you are passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences, we would love to hear from you.
