**Position: Credit and Accounts Receivable Coordinator**
**Requirements**:
- ** Education**: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (completed).
- ** Experience**: 3+ years in credit and collections roles, with proven experience managing and leading preventive collection processes.
- ** Essential Knowledge**: Financial analysis, risk evaluation, and basic legal knowledge.
- ** Software**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel.
- ** English Level**: Intermediate-Advanced (B2).
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and optimize the preventive collection process, ensuring timely account analysis to mitigate risks and reduce uncollectible accounts.
- Manage communication with clients by sending notifications and reminders at various due periods (30, 60, and 90 days) to ensure early recovery.




- Implement a structured collection flow — from initial notices to escalation of overdue accounts to legal actions, including coordination with attorneys and credit bureaus.
- Coordinate recovery strategies for high-risk accounts by negotiating payment agreements, proposing restructures, and defining legal actions in case of non-compliance.
- Analyze overdue accounts reports and assess risk, identifying trends and designing effective strategies for continuous improvement of the collection process.
