FOX LATAM is seeking a highly motivated Contract Recruiter to support hiring initiatives in Mexico City, Mexico.
In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to deliver a high-quality, efficient recruiting experience across a variety of business functions.
You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, identify top talent in the local market, and help build high-performing teams while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.This is an adecuado opportunity for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships, and is passionate about identifying and attracting exceptional talent.A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES- Own full-cycle recruitment for a broad range of roles within the media industry, including Ad Sales, Brand/Creative, Marketing, Programming, Production, and Corporate positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies, and provide market insights- Source, engage, and assess qualified candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking- Conduct recruiter screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring teams- Maintain a high standard of candidate experience through timely communication and thoughtful engagement- Advise hiring managers on recruiting best practices, interview techniques,



and competitive market trends- Ensure recruiting activity is accurately tracked within the applicant tracking system (ATS)- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs- Collaborate with HR, Compensation, and business stakeholders- Negotiate compensation, manage offers, and complete all pre-offer processes including reference checks- Maintain accurate documentation, pipelines, and reporting using applicant tracking and sourcing tools- Deliver clear, consistent communication and recruiting updates to stakeholdersWHAT YOU WILL NEED- 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience in media, with demonstrated success hiring across Ad Sales, Brand/Creative, Marketing, Programming, Production, and Corporate functions.
- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting in a corporate, agency, or in-house recruiting environment- Hands-on experience with an ATS, Workday preferred, along with LinkedIn Recruiter or other applicant tracking and sourcing system- Ability to work independently, manage multiple reqs, and thrive in a fast-moving environment- Proven ability to recruit across multiple disciplines and levels simultaneously- Strong stakeholder management, communication skills, and attention to detail- Self-directed, proactive, and comfortable operating with autonomy in high-expectation environments- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with candidates and hiring managers- Knowledge of recruiting best practices and employment regulations applicable to hiring in Mexico- Professional proficiency in English and Spanish
