Job Title: Validation Engineer Location: Michigan Duration: Long Ter mJob Description :We are seeking an Automotive Validation Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in the automotive industry, specifically in Infotainment Validation / Testing.
The idóneo candidate should have hands-on experience in validating automotive infotainment systems, testing features, and ensuring high-quality product performance .
Key Responsibilities :Perform validation and testing of Automotive Infotainment Systems including Radio, Navigation, Bluetooth, Connectivity, Audio, Display, and HMI features .
Develop, execute, and maintain test cases based on system requirements .
Perform functional, regression, integration, and system-level testing .
Identify, document, track, and verify defects using defect management tools .
Work closely with development teams, system engineers, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues .
Validate software releases and support vehicle-level testing .
Analyze logs, trace files, and test results for root cause analysis .




Ensure compliance with automotive quality standards and validation processes .
Participate in test planning, status reporting, and quality reviews .
Required Skills :2–3 years of experience in Automotive Validation / Testing .
Strong experience in Automotive Domain .
Mandatory hands-on experience in Infotainment Testing .
Good knowledge of Bluetooth, USB, CarPlay, Android Auto, Navigation, Audio systems .
Experience in CAN tools like CANoe / CANalyzer is preferred .
Knowledge of vehicle communication protocols: CAN, LIN preferred .
Experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira / ALM / Bugzilla .
Strong debugging and analytical skills .
Good communication and teamwork skills .
Preferred Qualifications :Experience working with OEMs / Tier-1 automotive clients .
Exposure to Agile methodology .
Understanding of software validation lifecycle .
Education ~ :Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, Mechanical, or related field .
