Capital Markets Executive – Delivery Lead (Hybrid Mexico City)We are looking for a Capital Markets Executive with over 10 years of experience to join a general consulting firm, leading high-impact transformation initiatives for major financial institutions.This role focuses on driving end-to-end transformation across capital markets operations, combining strategic advisory, delivery leadership, and deep functional expertise in financial markets and core platforms.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end delivery of transformation projects, including Target Operating Model (TOM) design, process reengineering, and vendor implementationProvide strategic advisory through complex analysis such as Gap Analysis, Business Case development, and RFP/RFI processesAct as Subject Matter Expert across asset classes including Equities, Fixed Income, FX, and DerivativesManage senior stakeholders (Head of Trading, COO, Operations Leads) and coordinate with technology vendorsSupport business development initiatives, including proposal creation and opportunity identificationLead and mentor consulting teams,
