Player Support communicates with players and solves their problems, such as lost accounts or questions regarding details, and provides excellent customer service (through chats, emails and tickets).

Experience & Requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Spanish, and Arabic.
Ability to multi‐task.
Ability to easily adapt in a constantly evolving environment.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to actively listen to instructions and execute tasks communicated.
Full‐time availability.
High School Diploma preferred but not required.
Living in Mexico City or Estado de México.
Availability to work at the office in Col. Del Valle.
