This executive role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening market positioning, leading commercial innovation, and overseeing high-performing Sales, Marketing, Proven experience leading Sales & Marketing for luxury or ultra-luxury beach resorts.
Deep knowledge of luxury leisure, wholesale, tour operators, consortia, luxury travel advisors, and MICE business.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to develop, inspire, and elevate commercial teams.
Experience with luxury resort positioning, commercial transformation, or pre-opening initiatives is highly valued.
