**Vacante para la empresa LINKEAZI en Salinas Victoria, Nuevo León**:**Position**: Finance & Tax Supervisor**Location**: Salinas Victoria, N.L., Mexico**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM 5:30 PM**Salary Range**: $38,000 $64,500 MXN/month (gross)**Position Overview**:**Key Responsibilities**:- **Comprehensive Tax Management**:- Independently manage all monthly and annual tax filings, including Income Tax (ISR), Value Added Tax (IVA), payroll taxes, and electronic accounting.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to relevant authorities.
- **Compliance & Risk Control**:- Guarantee full compliance with Mexican tax and social security regulations.
- Develop and implement effective internal control processes.
- Lead responses to tax and social security audits from start to finish.
- **Strategic Planning & Optimization**:- Monitor and interpret Mexican tax policies.
- Conduct tax planning and propose legally compliant tax optimization strategies.
- **External Relationship Management**:- Serve as the companys main point of contact with tax authorities, external auditors, banks, and legal advisors.
- **Internal Advisory & Collaboration**:- Provide expert guidance to management on local tax and accounting policies.
- Support contract review, business model design,



and operational decision-making with professional financial insights.
- **Additional Operational Support**:- Assist the finance team in China with daily operations and special projects as needed.
**Requirements**:- Valid Mexican CPA license (**Cédula Competente de Contador Público**).
- Minimum 5 years of comprehensive tax management experience in the manufacturing sector.
- Proven track record of successfully leading independent tax audits from initiation to completion.
- Advanced English proficiency (listening, speaking, reading, writing) suitable for professional communication, reporting, and participation in meetings.
