**We are hiring a charismatic and tech-savvy Medical Recruiter**This is a **remote position**, and the ability to work in the **Pacific Standard Time (PST) zone** is required to effectively collaborate with our team and align with our operational needs.
**Responsibilities**:- Utilize Google Sheets to track and manage applicant information effectively- Use Google Voice to communicate with applicants and conduct phone screenings- Stay updated on the company's workforce requirements and be forward-thinking about talent needs- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies- Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, including scheduling interviews, preparing interview materials,
