KPI tracking- Identify launch costs and track resource onboarding/placement - escalate as required- Collect/create best practices, Lessons Learned, and standard improvement proposals**Physical Phase - Launch Moving into Plant**:- Support definition & establish scenario of Ramp Up taking into account all launches- Participate in the tracking and documentation of the pilot builds with MCE launch team- Support the implementation of action plans to achieve the targets not achieved of the project- Track/escalate manufacturing issues- Support execution of training plan for MCE team**Requirements**:**Basic Requirements**:- Proyect Management Skills.
- Power BI.
- Micosoft Office.
- Smartsheets.
- Processes/Methodologies for KPI tracking/follow up.
- Knowledge in manufacturing processes.
