expense reporting and other administrative requirementsDiagnose/repair equipment according to established processes, documents, service manuals, and software toolsPerforms equipment maintenance/installation according to specificationsPerforms systems verification in accordance with policies and proceduresTrain and provide simple repair information to customers for operating their systemAttain system/customer knowledge to maximize system performance and customer satisfactionResponsible for assigned and back up accounts and for growing the service agreement businessAble to work on standby and respond to call outs after hours.
