Capgemini seeks an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to strengthen our client's compliance framework in Mexico.
You will ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws, governance standards, health and safety requirements, and internal HR policies.
You will serve as a key liaison among HR, Legal, Compliance, Health & Security, Facilities, and government authorities, helping mitigate risk while fostering a compliant, safe workplace and conducting OFAC screening and regulatory audits.
