About the CompanyWe are looking for a results-driven professional to lead inventory control, launch coordination, and obsolescence management within an automotive manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:
Lead weekly build-out meetings to ensure successful launches and ramp plans.
Partner with Customers, Vendors, Program Management, and Sales to close authorization gaps and manage obsolescence claims.
Monitor inventory vs. Sales to achieve monthly targets.
Prevent over-ordering and over-shipping; ensure compliance with fab authorizations.
Lead cycle counts, analyze inventory losses, and optimize lot sizes with Purchasing.
Track supplier claims, audits, and freight spend analysis.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or 6 to 8 years of practical experience.
Experience using ERP systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Automotive industry experience required.
Availability to relocate is necessary.Required Skills
