About The Role
This role will be responsible for developing sales of core products and strategic products in different public accounts based mainly in Mexico City and Estado de México.
The person will generate demand, engage with HCPs, attend procedures in hospitals, identify opportunities to collaborate with marketing, and generate strategic events to position BSCI in the HCP premises.Attend proceduresDrive demand generationUnderstand the market and our competitors in public marketsReport sales, procedures, and opportunities in SalesforceIncrease average ticket per account by complementing with additional products when possibleHave a clear understanding of growth opportunities by account/physicianUnderstand the sales process in the public medical device industryQuickly learn internal processes, identify stakeholders,



and follow up on each request to guarantee end‐to‐end accountability in the sales cycleCollaborate to foster an excellence action and execution cultureRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in a healthcare or sales areaFlawless execution to gain market and manage objectionsAt least 2‐3 years in salesEnglish fluency B2 or higherStrong analytical and problem‐solving skillsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail in workAvailability to attend procedures and experience in ORStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customersAbility to work effectively in a team‐oriented environment and collaborate with cross‐functional teamsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Power PointEnd‐to‐end accountability is requiredLocated in Mexico CityDesired QualificationsExperience in public hospitalsPeripheral intervention experienceExperience in education activities in the healthcare industry
