**Role Objective****Responsibilities/Duties**- Main focus with cases related to T-Visa and U-Visa.
- Manage a substantial caseload from inception to resolution, with a focus on family-based immigration relief.
- Conduct client interview appointments and prepare clients and documentation for USCIS interview settings.
- Respond to USCIS Requests for Evidence promptly and within strict deadlines- Process revision returns and manage client callbacks in a timely manner.
- Communicate clearly with clients throughout their case,



explaining processes and managing expectations.
- Maintain accurate, organized case files in the firm's legal database.
**Requirements**:- Minimum 3 years of high-volume immigration law experience; bachelor's degree preferred- Experience with T-Visa, U-Visa, VAWA and other types of Visas.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex case types and meet strict deadlines independently- Fluent bilingual English-Spanish required.
- Exceptional communication and client-service skills with high attention to detail.
