The Manufacturing Manager will be supporting our Displays Business Unit, establishing and directing manufacturing labor, material resources, practices, processes, procedures, facilities, tools and equipment for production.This position utilizes "lean manufacturing" principles to minimize inventory, maximize throughput, and optimize facility utilization.The position requires broad technical experience in a high mix, low volume, fast growing manufacturing environment.The team includes electro-mechanical assembler, optical bonder, inspector, test technicians and manufacturing engineers.The manufacturing manager will also be supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) of multiple products in a short time to the market environment.Job dutiesInsure that manufacturing capacity and skillset activities will satisfy contractual obligationsReview and insure production capacity in terms of human resources and equipment is adequateDefine human resources need, define roles, hire new talent and manage performanceReview production activities as required and execution mitigation plan to insure on-time and quality objectives are achievedMake decisions about equipment use, maintenance,
