**Responsibilities**:- Forecast staffing needs- Create and optimize schedules- Monitor real-time operations- Long-term capacity planning- Reporting and KPI analysis- Manage WFM tools (NICE, Verint, Kronos)**Requirements**:- Workforce & Capacity Planning experience- **Personnel management: minimum 1-2 years**:- **Team supervision: 2-3 years**:- Experience with large or multi-shift teams- Contact center experience (plus)- Strong analytical and organizational skills- Bachelor's degree in a related field- Hybrid work flexibility- **English level:
