Descripción y detalle de las actividades- RMAs - lead the failure analysis of customer returns and report findings in 8D format.Maintain database related to customer returns.Coordinate and collaborate with the broader technical team on corrective actions.
- Test Lab - execute and monitor mechanical, electrical, and environmental tests.Generate technical reports and review results with Engineering and Manufacturing teams for product improvements.
- DMRs - assist in the investigation of nonconforming material generated from production, molding, etc. and support the DMR process through final disposition.
- Communication - expected to communicate to various stakeholders, from production staff and managers to suppliers and customers- Technical Aptitude - able to read and interpret technical specifications.Familiar with common materials and manufacturing processes.Experience with measurement techniques and tools (including video measurement equipment).
- Problem Solving - use of common problem-solving tools (A3, 8D, QRQC)
