Our ecommerce company is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead and improve our operational systems, manage complex projects, and ensure consistent, high-quality execution across the business.
Responsibilities:
Oversee Daily Operations: Ensure workflows are efficient, consistent, and aligned with the company objectives.
Lead Projects: Manage cross-functional projects and initiatives, overseeing timelines, tasks, and teams.
Issue Resolution: Quickly resolve high-priority issues, including internal escalations and external customer problems.
Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with customer support, logistics, and product teams to streamline processes.
Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs and operational performance; use data to recommend improvements.
e Commerce Management: Support and manage the companys Shopify infrastructure and e Commerce performance.
Vendor Relations:



Act as a key point of contact for vendor relations and third-party tool management.
Purchase Support: Assist buyers and sellers in finalizing purchases, including documentation and resolving issues.
Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement across all operational processes.
Requirements:
2+ years of relevant operations and project management experience, ideally in e Commerce.
Strong background in customer service operations and conflict resolution.
Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills.
Proven success managing cross-functional teams and delivering on complex projects.
Highly organized, resourceful, and solution-oriented.
