Develop high-quality marketing content includingblog articles, PR content, and marketing assetsthat support brand visibility and organic growth.Leverage AI tools such asChat GPT, Jasper AI, and Copy.aifor content ideation, captions, marketing copy, and content repurposing.Collaborate with designers to create visually engaging content using tools such asCanva.Repurpose long-form content across multiple platforms and formats to maximize reach and engagement.Manage scheduling and publishing of content using tools such asBuffer or Hootsuite.Monitor performance and optimize content based on engagement metrics and analytics.SEO Strategy & Organic GrowthGuide the company's organic search growth throughcontent strategy and keyword planning.Develop and executebacklink acquisition strategiesto strengthen domain authority and search visibility.




Manage keyword strategy and organic search performance while performing competitor research and SEO performance analysis using tools such asAhrefs and SEMrush.Collaborate with developers and content teams to ensure website content supports strong organic visibility using tools such asSurfer SEO and Google Search Console.Website & Content InfrastructureOversee website development projects utilizingASTRO and headless Word Press.Coordinate with developers to ensure websites supportmarketing campaigns, landing pages, and content publishing.Maintain website content updates and continuously improvesite performance and content infrastructure.Marketing Operations & ReportingImprove and managequarterly marketing reports and shareholder reports.Support marketing campaigns acrossemail marketing, Google Ads, and revenue operations.Track marketing performance and campaign analytics using platforms such asHub Spot and Google Analytics.Coordinate execution acrossmarketing, design, and development teamsusing collaboration tools such asSlack and Asana.Ensure marketing initiatives are properlytracked, measured, and optimized.AI-Driven Marketing ExecutionLeverage AI tools to acceleratecontent production, research, marketing analysis, and campaign optimization.Integrate AI into marketing workflows to increase speed and efficiency.Use AI for:content ideation and draftingresearch and marketing insightsmarketing automation and workflow improvementsContinuously experiment withnew AI marketing technologies and toolsto improve marketing performance.Must HavesExperience insocial media management and organic growth strategiesacross major platforms.Strong experience incontent creation and content management , including blogs, marketing assets, and digital content.Experience coordinating marketing initiatives acrossdesign, development, and marketing teams.Demonstrated ability tointegrate AI tools into marketing workflowsto improve marketing productivity and execution speed.Familiarity with commonly usedAI marketing toolssuch asChat GPT, Claude, or Jasper AI.Experience usingsocial media publishing and design toolssuch asBuffer, Hootsuite, and Canva.Experience working with marketing platforms such asHub Spot, Google Analytics, and Google Ads.
